Small shads and spinners are perfect universal lures intended for reconnoitering. The combination of a spinner and a shad with Pontoon21 jig head enables to solve a lot of tasks if you are going to fish for pike or perch in relatively shallow ponds with ditch water or slow water. It works, especially, if you don’t know the pond well. A spinner with a big angle of blade rotation will perfectly do for going through thick grass.
